We offer free and very discreet global delivery. However, due to import legislation, we do not ship to India, Indonesia, Islamic countries, Africa, Mexico, or Brazil.
Delivery Time
From the date you place the order, it will be produced and delivered on average within 2-3 weeks. All our dolls are handcrafted and thoroughly tested for quality before shipping.
Note: Shipping delays may occur due to Chinese New Year, National Day holidays, and unpredictable weather. We will do our best to expedite the order for you.
Tracking Number
We will send you a tracking number by email if the package is shipped. Please keep an eye on your bag tracking in case it gets in trouble (eg, suspending tracking, missing item, etc.) till it is delivered.

All XY dolls are shipped directly from China where our Factory is located. You will get a tracking number once your doll is shipped.

Discreet Packaging
The doll will be packed in a plain carton box. There will be no information that indicates that it’s a doll. Be aware, that Customs Agents may open your doll box for inspection and to determine import taxes for customers outside the USA.
Order Cancellation & Refund
We start producing the doll from the moment the buyer confirms that the order details are correct. Each doll is a custom product created specifically for each buyer according to the selected specifications. The buyer can not cancel or change the order for any reason.
You may cancel your order before start making dolls and there will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. If we have processed your credit card for shipping, this amount will be deducted from the refund processed to your card. The specific fee depends on the progress of the order.
However, you will not be charged any additional fees for adding or changing items for your order at any time before the order is processed. An order cannot be changed or canceled after it has been shipped. If your order has already shipped, any changes or cancellations will not be accepted.
