Every detail, including fingernails and eyelashes, is made as realistic as possible. We provide factory photos to ensure that you are satisfied with all details before shipping. If there is an error in your order (missing or wrong item) at the time of delivery, we will fix or replace it.

Before the doll is shipped, please review the doll’s photos. You will have the most opportunity to adjust the face makeup, hairstyle, and body details. However, please note that some face makeup, body makeup, and hair transplants on silicone dolls cannot be changed once done. Please make sure to check every detail.


Processing of your order will begin within 12 hours after payment is received. The factory will start manufacturing your customized doll and our team will start packing the doll in stock. This means purchasing materials, allocating time in advance, and incurring costs. Without working within these tight time constraints, we may not be able to meet our shipping guidelines.

The following orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Orders for hair transplants cannot be cancelled together with hair transplants because hair transplants are handmade and time-costly.
  • Orders for silicone dolls cannot be cancelled because processing them at the factory is more expensive than TPE.
  • Dolls in stock. If you select an in-stock doll, it will be shipped after your order is placed. It may take some time for the shipping company to cancel the order. Also, we cannot recall packages due to potentially large shipping costs. Before placing an order, make sure that everything works properly.

However, there is no charge for adding items or changing items at any time prior to processing your order. Since the products are made to order by individuals, no changes or cancellations can be made after the order has been placed. If your order is already in process, any changes or cancellations will be subject to our return and exchange policy.

Damages & Warranty

We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage to the product upon arrival.

  • Wrong doll
    If you receive a doll and find that it is completely different from the factory pictures or website, please show us the unpacking video (with full body, head, shipping label, and package outer box). Report and verify with the factory and shipping company and arrange for a new replacement.
  • Damaged dolls
    If the package is severely damaged, you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier upon receipt of the package. Depending on the extent of the damage, a new replacement will be arranged. In case of slight damage, we will provide all the kits needed to repair the item.

Therefore, before you receive and use your doll, you should inspect it from head to toe. This is very important. If you have any complaints or dissatisfaction, please do not hesitate to contact us within 24 hours. It is also important to include as many details as possible, including images and videos. In this case, please send an email to xydoll@vip.163.com. We can then work to resolve the issue.

If a product is damaged due to improper use, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

You should use common sense and take care of the item to avoid damage to the product.
